The Management Award is the Institutes recognizes Managers and General Agents who help increase insurance penetration in the Americas by leading, training and developing productive sales forces. 

Once we receive the application, our Nominating committee will evaluate the submission. If the candidate is a finalist, the committee will reach out for an interview before the final decision to grant the award.
